Contrary to what some pundits are saying, your ability to effectively recruit online will not zero-out if you are not one of the hyper-connected on LinkedIn, Twittering on-the-hour every hour, building community on Facebook and MySpace or turning Google inside-out.
What cannot be denied is that those recruiters who have a working knowledge of how to apply those things to their recruiting advantage will be able to do more, with less. Those that can keep up with the changing online landscape, without loosing sight of recruiting fundamentals, are most likely to succeed.
